Global Shield Transfer Direction

In MHARNESS® all shields can be specified as unidirectional or bidirectional. A unidirectional shield allows electromagnetic coupling in one direction only - that is, from the exterior to the interior or from the interior to the exterior. A bidirectional specification enables electromagnetic coupling through the shield in both directions simultaneously. In many cases, a unidirectional coupling specification provides an excellent approximation.
