Shield Transfer Impedance Frequency Dependent

This keyword is used to specify frequency dependent shield transfer impedances. There are two input file line text formats used for this keyword. The first format is used if the ends of the segment (ie connectors) have a different transfer impedance characterization than the main line of the cable. The second format is used if this is not the case.
