Conductance and Conductance Compute

The conductance matrix can be manually defined or automatically computed. If the conductance matrix is manually defined, then the matrix entries are checked for physical acceptability. If the conductance matrix is set for automatic computation, then the conductance matrix is computed using the supplied material conductivity.
