Cable End Hierarchy

MHARNESS® cables can terminate in numerous end definitions. These definitions include connector impedances (capacitance and conductance), boundary conditions, and defined connector topologies. In addition, a cable can terminate with an actual physical ending or in an MHARNESS junction. The ramifications of each of these definitions, the mixture of various definitions, and the accompanying hierarchy is the subject of this section.

The use of keywords to specify end definitions is contingent upon how the cable physically terminates. The cable can terminate with an actual physical ending or in an MHARNESS junction. The table below provides a listing of the various end definitions.
