Rad-hard with Multi-layer Materials

The user will apply the one-click radiation hardening workflow to characterize total ionizing dose to sensitive electronics through shielding. The user will define layer thicknesses and materials in a radiation shielding stack-up. This demonstration uses the Monte Carlo particle transport solver capabilities of Charge Plus to simulate penetration depth and energy transfer of a radiation source through the created shielding.
